CERAP UK Participates in Regional Collaboration for Nuclear Skills Growth Webinar

CERAP UK was pleased to attend the recent Regional Collaboration for Nuclear Skills Growth workshop—an insightful event focused on strengthening partnerships across the UK to address nuclear sector workforce challenges.

The workshop provided a valuable overview of how regional hubs are aligning with the Nuclear Skills Plan to support skills development and workforce resilience. In particular, we explored the goals of the South West Skills Hub, whose mission is to foster collaboration in identifying and delivering measurable outcomes that address regional nuclear skills gaps. Their strategic focus includes reducing recruitment costs, addressing social mobility cold spots, increasing the use of local skilled talent, and building long-term resilience in critical nuclear roles.

The event also highlighted ongoing efforts across various regions, showcasing how knowledge sharing and cross-regional collaboration are driving progress in the nuclear skills space.
